MiAION, an unique AI Edge Computing Product
MiTAC’s MiAION Edge Computing Solutions including Real-Time Multiple Face Recognition, 3D Live-Face Detection Access Gate, MiAION AI Traffic Gateway, and IDSmart RFID Intelligent Library Solution are the combination result of MiTAC’s experiences on public construction intellectualization and the synergy of group companies.
As for hardware, MiTAC has cooperated with the group companies such as Tyan Computer Corporation and MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation to deliver moderate-cost but high-performance hardware. As for the software, MiAION series incorporate built-in dedicated operating system and middleware, applying AI deep learning technology with different kinds of scenarios.

As a rarely-seen product in the Edge Computing market, MiAION equipped with fully-utilizable software and hardware drawing attention from visitors at the Computex 2019. Buyers from Taiwan, Japan, US, UK, Netherlands, South Africa, and South Asia countries were proactively approaching MiTAC’s booth to inquire for more information. The Chairman of MiTAC SYNNEX Group, Mr. Matthew Miao also took a tour of MiTAC’s booth and was impressed by the result of group company synergy.
